Ok, for those who are not sure what Neutral is, please look at the following pictures:
It is a white substance. The neutral won't instantly make ur boots shine cos the foundations must still be done. It jus complements the kiwi and acts as a finishing touch.

16- squad pandang kehadapan pandang

Points to note :1- Remember to move your squad back to its original position! (This means you need to remember how you've moved your squad. eg: how many steps to the right etc)
2- No facial expressions. (Applies to both the commander and the squad)
3- Keep calm and shout your commands loud and clear.
PS: I am not very sure how many drills you can give in 3 minutes but you can just keep turning the squad until the CI signal to you that you have 1 minute left or something. So you just roughly gauge how many turning drills you can give in one minute, but not too many because you still need to move your squad back to the original position! )
Jia you! :D

MOI- know the sequence
- know the common mistakes to ALL drills
- know the timing to ALL drills
- Do NOT mumble
- Pick a few difficult drills to practise teaching at home ( time yourself! )
- * keep eye contact with the squad
Procedure1- Introduce yourself
2- Cadet Welfare ( ask if anyone's not feeling well, see if they are facing the sun etc.)
3- Tell them what's the drill you are going to teach. You can choose to get them to repeat the drill after you ( If possible, translate the drill to english! )
4- Tell them when the drill can be executed
5- Tell them what's the timing of the drill
6- Demonstrate in full
7- Demonstrate in parts ( you can either tell them the common mistakes when you are showing in parts, or you tell them after you've demonstrated in parts)
8- Demonstrate in full
9- Get them to fall back in ( make sure you tell them the position they have to be in )
10- Do not just stand there and give the drill! ( walk to the squad and CORRECT their mistake )
11- Last but not least, say stuff like ( not bad for the first try but there is still room for improvement blah blah blah )
ok so there are like 11 stuff that you need to do for MOI. which is not very little since you onli have three minutes. Thats why i keep insisting that you have to practise at home and TIME YOURSELF! (:
Jia you jia you! :D

ok so if u try to visualise this whole list of drills, you will realise that when i form back the squad, the guys are still at the right side and the girls are at the left side. Which means if you plan your list of drills properly, you shouldn't have a problem like guys being at the left side and girls being at the right side.
oh and please don't attempt to copy this list of drills because it's just a guideline and it's a pretty boring list of drills. lol. so try to do something different from the rest :D
Points to note :
-Decide whether you want your squad to march with/without baton ( for this list of drills, the squad is marching without baton)
-Decide whether you want your squad to march in buka or tutup position ( the squad was in tutup position - not that messy when they march)
-Remember to give all the three baton drills
-Do not attempt to memorise the list of drills that you have prepared ( just roughly remember how you are going to "move the squad around" )
PS: Take note of when you are suppose to drag the command, OPEN your mouth big when you shout because some of you tend to mumble-__- , be very sure of which leg the command should land on.
VISUALISE when you are preparing this list of drills. there should be around 30 + drills. around there=) If you give the drills on the correct leg and everyth, with only one or two semulas, you would most probably be able to finish giving 30+ drills in 3 minutes! =)
k byebye! Jia YoU eh! :D

Doing of foundation, and polishing of boots
FoundationThe use of doing foundation for the boots is to smoothen the whole boots so that the rough texture of the boots would be smooth, making it easier to polish and easier to shine=)
So how do you do foundation?(:
1- Dap your cloth with water and wipe the whole boots ( this is to wipe away the dirt on the boots )
2- Take a lot of kiwi and put it evenly on the whole boots ( circular motion)
3- Use a hair dryer to melt the kiwi on the boots. (There would be a point of time when after heating your boots, it becomes really shiny. When the boots become shiny upon heating, you can stop heating already.)
4- Allow the boots to cool down after heating ( Do not worry if the boots are no longer shiny because they will eventually become dull as long as you’ve stopped heating, so its all right =) )
5- Once your boots have cooled down, you can start polishing now!
6- Repeat steps 1-4 for around 5 times (to completely smoothen the rough texture of the boots)
Polishing To make the boots shiny (duh)
Steps to polish the boots:
1- Dap your cloth with water and wipe the whole boots
2- Press for oil from the kiwi and a little bit of water, start polishing in circular motion
3- Keep polishing until your boots shine! ( Polish your WHOLE boots! Even the sides of your boots.)
PS: all these are just basic guidelines for polishing of your boots. If you are more comfortable with your own way of polishing, stick to your own way =)
